Who we are
NunPulse (nunpulse.com) is operated by 1510 NUNNELEY LLC, a United States limited liability company. We are the data controller for personal data collected through the NunPulse website and customer accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data — your name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash, never in plain text), and your consent choices with their timestamps and policy versions.
- Order data — items purchased, order value and currency, delivery address, customs declaration details required for international shipping, and delivery events.
- Payment data — payment method type and transaction confirmations. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers and never stored on NunPulse servers.
- Support data — messages you send to [email protected] and related case history.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and security logs generated when you use the site.
How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- create and secure your account and authenticate sign-ins;
- process orders, collect payment, arrange international shipping, and complete customs clearance;
- provide customer support, handle returns, and resolve buyer-protection claims;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with tax, customs, and other legal obligations;
- send marketing emails about products and offers, only if you opted in (see section 5).
Your phone number is used for delivery coordination — carriers and customs brokers may need to reach you about a shipment — and for account security notices. We do not use it for marketing calls.
Marketing consent and withdrawal
Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox at registration — it is never bundled with acceptance of the Terms of Service, and you can create an account without opting in. We record each consent decision with its date and the policy version in force so we can demonstrate the basis for any message we send.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect service emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and security notices, which we send as part of operating your account.
Cross-border data transfers
Because NunPulse ships worldwide, your data necessarily crosses borders: order and delivery details travel to carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers in the origin and destination countries of your parcel, and our systems are operated from the United States. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on contractual protections with our partners and limit what is shared to the minimum needed for the shipment.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed:
- Account data — for the life of your account plus up to 12 months after closure, unless a longer period is legally required;
- Order, payment, and customs records — typically 7 years, to satisfy tax, accounting, and import regulations;
- Consent records — for as long as we rely on the consent, plus the period needed to demonstrate compliance;
- Security logs — up to 24 months.
When a retention period ends, we delete the data or irreversibly de-identify it.
Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, salted password hashing, hashed session tokens, access controls, request-origin checks on account operations, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- delete your data, subject to records we must keep for legal reasons;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We verify identity before acting on a request and respond within the timeframe required by your local law (and in any case within 30 days). You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Children's privacy
NunPulse is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account or placed an order, contact [email protected] and we will delete the account and associated data.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change; the effective date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced before they take effect. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected], addressed to 1510 NUNNELEY LLC, operator of nunpulse.com.
