About these terms
NunPulse (nunpulse.com) is a cross-border e-commerce marketplace operated by 1510 NUNNELEY LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. These Terms of Service govern your access to the NunPulse website, your account, and every order you place through the platform.
By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use NunPulse.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or place an order. When registering you must provide accurate information, including your name, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number, and keep that information current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse promotions, or violate these terms.
Orders and pricing
Product listings are invitations to purchase. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it and collect payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions to your destination; if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD)by default. Where we display other currencies, the converted amount is an estimate based on prevailing exchange rates and the final charge may vary slightly with your payment provider's conversion rate. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us, even after confirmation, and will be corrected with the option of a full refund.
Payments
Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may vary by region and currency. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the billing information you submit is accurate.
We may run fraud and verification checks before accepting a payment and may hold or cancel orders that fail those checks. Bank fees, currency-conversion fees, or foreign-transaction fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility.
International shipping and customs
NunPulse ships internationally. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order details; they are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and customs processing. We provide tracking for every shipment once the carrier scans the parcel.
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, value-added tax, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Where checkout shows duties and taxes as prepaid, we handle clearance on your behalf and you owe nothing further on delivery. Where checkout marks them as payable on import, those charges are your responsibility as the importer of record. Refusing a parcel at customs does not automatically qualify the order for a refund of shipping or clearance costs.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Certain categories are excluded for hygiene or safety reasons — such as opened cosmetics and skincare, earrings, and sealed personal-care items — and are marked as final sale on their product pages.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We will issue return instructions and, where the return is due to our error or a defective item, a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Outbound shipping and non-prepaid customs charges are refundable only when the item was defective, damaged, or not as described.
Buyer protection
Every NunPulse order is covered by our buyer protection program:
- Item not received — if tracking never shows delivery within 60 days of dispatch, you receive a full refund or a free reshipment, your choice.
- Item not as described — if the item arrives damaged, defective, counterfeit, or materially different from the listing, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will refund or replace it.
- Secure payments — card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on NunPulse servers.
Claims are reviewed by our support team and resolved within 5 business days of receiving complete information.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose, or place orders with stolen payment credentials;
- resell products in violation of destination-country import rules, or provide false customs declarations or shipping information;
- scrape, copy, or harvest platform content, listings, or user data, or interfere with the security or operation of the site;
- abuse promotions, referral credits, returns, or buyer-protection claims;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, and withhold discretionary credits when we reasonably believe this section has been violated.
Intellectual property
The NunPulse name, logo, site design, product curation, photography, and software are owned by 1510 NUNNELEY LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party brand names on product listings belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine products.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal shopping. No other rights are granted.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law, the platform and products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability or that every listing is free of minor descriptive errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1510 NUNNELEY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies and cannot be waived.
Before starting any formal proceeding, contact [email protected] — most issues are resolved directly by our support team. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services, payment options, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect, and continued use of NunPulse after that date constitutes acceptance. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
